I’m often asked how do I get an almost painted look to my images. The answer is simple. I paint them. Now that doesn’t mean they are fake. The human eye has the most advanced optics of anything on earth. It can’t be replicated with a camera and lens. That’s why it takes a lot of retouching, painting, and post-processing to get it to match the experience.
